The purpose of this message is to update the guidance in the previously issued CSMS #64514918, dated March 24, 2025, to revise the subheadings included on the list of commodities of energy and energy resources of Canada.
Based on input from U.S. Customs and Border Protection interagency partners, attached is an updated list of energy and energy resources of Canada, as defined by HTS 9903.01.13. This is a full replacement of the previous list attached in the March 24, 2025, CSMS message.
