CSMS # 63705053 - DELAYED: Section 321 Warning (Release 2) Originally Scheduled to Deploy January 11 U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 01/12/2025 04:38 PM EST CSMS # 63705053 - DELAYED: Section 321 Warning (Release 2) Originally Scheduled to Deploy January 11 The implementation of the second release of the Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments enhancement to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), originally scheduled for January 11, 2025, has been delayed due to a performance issue that was discovered at deployment. U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will communicate an updated implementation timeline in a future CSMS message. This enhancement will provide a warning in ACE when a de minimis shipment may exceed the $800 per person/per day threshold.
