CSMS # 63857455 - ACE Portal and ACE EDI Outage Due to Technical Issue
Currently users are unable to log into ACE Portal and also issues with ACE EDI processing. CBP is aware and technical support teams are actively working to address this issue.
An updated CSMS will be sent once this issue has been fully addressed.
