CSMS # 63860498 - Certification (CERT) Deployment of Sanctions, Updated Requirements for GBI Enrollment, and GBI Party Type Description
On January 28, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy the following to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release Certification (CERT) environment - Cargo Sanctions, Updated Requirements for GBI Enrollment, and GBI Party Type Description.  ACE Entry Summary will deploy GBI Party Type Description and Cargo Sanctions.
These changes are reflected in the Draft Cargo Release CATAIR V38.3 and CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V97 and V98.  Both documents can be found in the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities on
