Please be advised that trade testing of changes for Superfund Tax Certification is now available in the CERT environment.  These changes include new validations for Oil Spill Tax and Superfund.
A new field Superfund Tax Certification was added to the 10 Record which allows the Trade to electronically certify Drawback Superfund refunds.
The ACE Drawback Error Dictionary and ACE CATAIR documents were updated for this change.
Both documents may be found under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” tab which can be found at
https://www.cbp.gov/trade/ace/catair
