CBP is aware of degradation. We are restarting services, access to ACE MMM/TMM and EDI processing will be temporarily unavailable for 45 minutes. We will send resolve CSMS shortly.
Deadline Reminder(1)
Brokers and importers must ensure ACE portal access and ACH banking information are configured to avoid disruptions in receiving CBP refunds. No portal access or missing ACH setup means refunds cannot be processed, so verify credentials and payment details now if this has not been completed.
