CSMS # 66356133 - National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Publishes Updated Certification of Admissibility Form
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is issuing this message to inform industry that NMFS received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the renewal of the Certification of Admissibility (COA) form. The OMB Control Number for the new COA form will expire on July 31, 2028. The form is available at the NMFS website:
https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/s3/2025-07/AdmissibilityFormOMBApprovedTo31July2028.pdf
Effective November 3, 2025, all imports subject to a COA should be accompanied by the updated form.
Entries from Mexico are inadmissible if using a designated HTS code not accompanied by the Certification of Admissibility. The list of HTS codes is available online:
