On December 21, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to retire the following legacy ACE Portal account views:
Broker
Carrier
In preparation for this change, ACE Portal users should only use the modernized ACE Portal to view broker and carrier account-related information. Following this change, CBP plans to retire the remaining legacy ACE Portal functionality early next year. Excluding user access management features and the Surety account bond search tool, which remain available only in the legacy ACE Portal, users should continue to conduct all other ACE Portal activities in the modernized platform.
If there are users who continue to use the legacy ACE Portal because they cannot complete specific actions in the modernized ACE Portal, please report those limitations to CBP by sending an email to
