QB 25-305 2026 Specialty Sugar https://www.cbp.gov/trade/quota/bulletins/qb-25-305-2026 Commodity: Specialty Sugar provided for in Chapter 17, Additional U.S. Note 5 Quota Period: October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026 Opening Date: October 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) for all time zones This quota is expected to oversubscribe at opening. Per FRN 2025-13425 , there will be one specialty sugar opening for Fiscal Year 2026 with no additional amount added to the specialty sugar TRQ. The trade may transmit the quota entry summaries in ACE on October 1, 2025, from 12:00 AM (midnight) local port time until 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (ET) only. Entry summaries reported early or late (after 12 Noon ET or before 12 Midnight (Local Port Time)), will not be processed for the opening; however, early transmissions may be retransmitted within the proper range of time. Please note: For remote filers, the port of entry dictates the time and date of presentation for quota purposes. Please immediately report transmission problems to the ACE Client Representative and the Quota and Agriculture Branch (QAB). Notification delays may result in exclusion from the opening. Entry summaries with transmission issues submitted late will be reviewed and handled by QAB on a case-by-case basis.
