To support the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) IT cost optimization plan, NON-PRODUCTION downstream system servers will be shut down daily from 9:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. ET and throughout weekends. As a result, FDA will not process transactions sent from U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) certification (CERT) environment during these windows.
Testing with FDA in the non-production environment may be done by trade partners from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. ET, Monday through Friday.
There is no impact to the production (PROD) environment.
