ACE Air EDI and Entry Summary EDI Experiencing Slow Processing

In support of resolution of network issues, CBP will be restarting network connections beginning at 8:00pm EST and lasting until approximately 9:00pm EST. During this time, ACE system processing will experience delays in processing of incoming EDI messages. Please do not refile messages where no response is received during the period, as those messages will be processed when network connection is restored. Users may also experience slowness in the ACE Portal applications during this window. Additional messaging will be sent upon completion of this effort.
