2026 Customs Broker Annual Permit User Fee Due Date – January 30, 2026

*The annual Customs Broker permit user fee is due by January 30, 2026.* The permit user fee for the 2026 calendar year is *$185.38* and is due for all active national permits. 
The annual user fee payment should be submitted through the eCBP portal at https://e.cbp.dhs.gov/ecbp/#/main. The eCBP portal is available for 2026 user fee submissions from December 2, 2025, through January 30, 2026. eCBP accepts credit card and debit card payments. No additional fees are charged for online payments, and receipts are provided electronically. 
*Failure to make the payment deadline will result in permit revocation by operation of law.*
