CSMS # 65913081 - ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 Updated: FY26 Custom User Fees
The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 has been updated to include the FY26 Customs User Fees.
The adjusted fee amounts and limitations will be applied to importations effective October 1, 2025. The new amount will be in effect for a summary pre-filed prior to October 1, 2025, if the relevant entry date is on or after October 1, 2025.
The ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update v106 is currently posted under the “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” section of the
ACE CATAIR webpage
. The amounts will be deployed to the Certification environment and the Production environment on August 28, 2025.
