CSMS # 63259978 - UPDATE: ACE Reports: Mandatory Prompt for Company ACE ID – Next Universes to Be Affected December 4, 2024
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is beginning to require trade community users to identify the subject company whenever a report is run or scheduled in Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Reports. This change will allow CBP to eliminate a data security vulnerability for all users and improve functionality for users with access to more than one account. All existing scheduled reports will need to be updated after this change has taken effect, or the scheduled reports will fail.
The following universes will roll out on December 4, 2024:
Automated Export System (AES)
Cargo Release
