CSMS # 64003464 - GUIDANCE: Annual Quota Opening February 7, 2025: Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic (CSPV) Solar Cells
In alignment with Presidential Proclamations and Section 201 of the Trade Act of 1974 providing for a tariff rate quota (TRQ) for Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic (CSPV) cells and an additional duty for modules comprised of CSPV cells, the 2025 new quota period begins February 7, 2025.
Solar (CSPV) Cells are limited on an annual basis:
February 7, 2025, to February 6, 2026 – 12,500,000,000 watts (12.5 GW)
