CSMS # 63217917 - Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2419
Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2419 was created on November 29th, 2024, and contains 1,487 harmonized tariff records and 6,479 ABI records.
HSU 2419 includes the AL1 tariff flag for Phase VII of the Lacey Act provisions for certain imported plant and wood products, effective December 1, 2024.

In addition, this HSU reflects the completion of the flagging updates to 1700 HTS codes to remove the AM7 flag. This removal process started on October 18th and is now complete. For information about this AM7 update, please refer to CSMS # 63035311 and 62694995.
