As a reminder, On January 28, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) deployed Cargo Sanctions to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Cargo Release Certification (CERT) environment.
These changes are reflected in the Draft Cargo Release CATAIR V38.3 and CATAIR Entry Summary Create/Update V97 and V98.  Both documents can be found in the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities on
cbp.gov
. Users are encouraged to conduct testing.
