The issue below has been resolved. ACE Air Manifest is processing normally.
CBP is aware of an issue causing a delay in Air Manifest processing. The issue is resolved and processing should return to normal within several hours. Please note that this delay is not related to the recent enablement of notification warnings to trade for Section 321 (De Minimis).
