The US Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing Service (AMS) has published an update to its CATAIR guidelines. The updated document can be found here:

These updates to the CATAIR include clarification for filing MO2 message sets in ACE. Please see the “Additional Guidance” added to page 40 of the CATAIR. In addition, a UNSPSC code URL was updated. Please see the document change log for additional details.
