CSMS # 65493128 - CPSC Documents Now Available in the ACE Portal
On June 11, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) successfully deployed access to Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)-issued documents
in
the ACE Portal. Organizational Broker and Filer account views will now see a “PGA Documents” button in the upper right
portion
of the account header, giving those users access to any available CPSC-sent forms.
Currently, only CPSC Form 354 is available via the “PGA Documents” button in the ACE Portal. For more information on CPSC communication with filers related to CPSC Form 354, review

, some old CPS-354 forms were posted to filer and broker portal accounts.
