Update to Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest – Input to Customs and Border Protection Implementation Guide (IG)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has updated the ACE Ocean CAMIR Export Manifest – Input to Customs and Border Protection Implementation Guides (IG). 
Updates implemented:
 * Updated description in Segment M01, Data Element Vessel Name – to include note “If there is no Vessel name, a vessel ID of “VESSEL” is required.” 
 * Updated IG can be found at Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) [ https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-exports-ocean-camir-export-manifest-input-customs-and-border-protection ]
