CSMS # 64328569 - IMPORTANT: ACE Portal Access Unavailable for Some User Accounts
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is aware of an ACE Portal access issue preventing some trade users from logging in to their ACE Portal user account. If you are not having issues logging in to your ACE Portal user account, you may disregard this message.
Following the retirement of the legacy ACE Portal on February 22, 2025, all ACE Portal account activity is now conducted in the modernized ACE Portal. For those users who did not successfully create their modernized ACE Portal user account and link their modernized user account to their legacy user account before February 22, CBP technical support is necessary to restore access.
To request access to the modernized ACE Portal, including linking your legacy account information, contact
ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov
and provide the following information:
- User ID (if known)
- User account holder name
- User account holder phone number
- User account holder email address
Following your request, CBP will review and process the request in the order it was received.
Please note that follow up calls to CBP’s helpdesk will not expedite the review and account restoration process.
