Updates to ACE CAMIR ACE Ocean/Rail Import Manifest Appendix D

The following ACE CAMIR ACE Ocean/Rail Import Manifest Appendix D - Disposition Codes document has been updated for a future enhancement with new disposition codes: D2 – Seal Added and D3 – Seal Deleted. 
These new error codes for both Ocean and Rail will generate a D2 notification when CBP adds a new seal to a container and generates a D3 notification when CBP has deleted or removed a seal from a container.
