In support of the PGA Message Set, Participating Government Agency (PGA) an FDA tariff flag was updated from FD3 to FD1 for HTS 0301.11.0090 Live Ornamental Fish; Freshwater; Other and for HTS 0511.91.0010 Fertilized Fish Eggs.
