An updated version of the PGA Error Code Dictionary is available and can be found here:

The updates and additions include:
For the APHIS CORE program:
Added ‘AVS’ program code to error code PGT
Updated description for error code PFX
For the EPA HFC program:
Created new error codes PHF, PHG, PHH
Added missing error code PBR
