CBP is aware of instances of entry summary transmissions with Special Program Indicators (SPI) C and JP incorrectly rejecting entry summary lines with the message F624   EST DUTY/CALC'D DUTY MISMATCH – LINE.
Specifically, rejects are occurring when the entry summary line is reporting SPI C or JP, HTS 9903.8191 or 9903.8508 (Section 232-steel and aluminum derivatives remedy), and correctly include the payable duty.
Until resolved, filers may choose to transmit without the SPI C, JP, and any other SPIs that receive this error message for these two HTS classifications, and correct once this issue is resolved via a Post Summary Correction (PSC).
CBP will issue a CSMS message when this issue is resolved.
