The Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2420, announced in CSMS 63540760, also includes tariff flagging updates for the following Partner Government Agencies (PGAs):
For the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Lacy Act: AL1 was removed from approximately 60 HTS codes
For the USDA Agriculture Marketing Service: AM7 was removed from approximately 15 HTS codes
For the Food and Drug Administration: FD1 was added to HTS code 8518.30.2000
For the US Fish and Wildlife Service: FW3 added to six HTS codes, FW2 added to three HTS codes, and FW1 added to six HTS codes; changed FW3 to FW2 on 11 HTS codes; changed FW2 to FW1 on one HTS code
