Update to ACE CATAIR Stand-alone Filing for Prior Notice Data (PE/PX) Document Updated for Entry Type 13

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) updated the DRAFT ACE CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) Stand-alone Filing for Prior Notice Data (PE/PX) document and is now available in the Draft Chapters section of cbp.gov [ https://www.cbp.gov/trade/automated/catair ]. 
The update provides guidance on Entry Type 13
