CSMS # 65868872 - Tariff flagging updates for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
CBP will begin making flagging updates to the Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) codes related to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), to reflect the USITC’s bi-annual 484(f) changes to the HTS.
One HTS code will be updated with a flag indicator of EP2. The rest of the approximately 750+ HTS will be updated with PGA flag indicator EP1, EP3, EP5, and EP7.
Once CBP completes the HTS update, a CSMS message will be sent.
