CSMS # 65340294 - ACE Truck CAMIR New De Minimis Notification Codes
The
ACE Import Truck Manifest ANSI X12 350 Message Implementation Guide
has been updated with the following new valid disposition codes (for future use):
• 4J – Sec 321 Hold - max daily value of $800 exceeded by CNE
• 4K – Sec 321 Hold Removal - max daily value of $800 exceeded by CNE
The
ACE Truck Import Manifest UNEDIFACT CUSRES SN Implementation Guide
has been updated with the following new valid disposition codes (for future use):
• SN529 - Sec 321 Hold - max daily value of $800 exceeded by CNE
• SN530 - Sec 321 Hold Removal - max daily value of $800 exceeded by CNE
Please note that these codes are part of the Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments enhancement in ACE and will be deployed to the Certification environment on June 24, 2025, and to the Production environment on August 12, 2025.
Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) will need to program and incorporate these changes.
