CBP will be deploying an update to ACE Collection Non-Tariff bills to be consistent with the Non-Tariff bill statute on February 1, 2025. The update includes the statute language for disputes and cross-servicing as well as displaying the Late Pay Penalty and Non-Tariff interest amounts on the CBP Bill Form.
