A new disposition code was added to the SO60 record: 32 – INVALID LVSS BOND; CANNOT RELEASE
The following changes pertain to de minimis:
30 – DE MINIMIS MAY BE MET USE ALT ENTRY TYPE
33 – ET86 INELIGIBLE COUNTRY; CANNOT RELEASE
