Please be advised that the scheduled deployment to Production of the updates for the Importer’s Additional Declaration Type Code 07 (Aluminum Smelt and Cast Country Detail) on the 54-record has been
delayed

These updates are still scheduled to deploy to the Certification environment on October 22nd.
CBP is actively working on a revised Production date and will provide additional messaging when a new Production deployment date has been set.
