CBP is aware that ACE may be triggering "TRFF ADJSTMNT HTS OR EXCLSN MISSING" (error code 771) incorrectly on lines with HTS 9903.88.15 and 3926.90.9889. The issue is being investigated and another CSMS will be issued when it is resolved.
