CSMS # 63663302 - Error 771 and 613 incorrectly triggering for HTS 85423100, 85412900, 85412100, and 85411000
CBP is aware that summaries with HTS numbers 85423100, 85412900, 85412100, and 85411000 are not currently accepting transmissions when paired with allowable Section 301 Trade Remedy HTS combinations. The system is incorrectly triggering Error 771 – “Trff Adjustmnt HTS or Exclsn Missing” and Error 613 “HTS Relationship/Sequence Mismatch.”
The issue is being investigated with a fix anticipated January 11. Another CSMS will be issued when it is resolved.
